TRAILER RENTAL FAQ's
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
We make booking and picking up a horse trailer easy! Once booked, you will receive an email with link to our Rental Contract. Fill out and submit online.
The day before your rental we will send a text message with your trailer hitch lock color and code. Each trailer has it's own color coded lock.
The lock hitch pin is in the case of emergency you need to leave the trailer, it can be locked up. Spare tire and wheel chocks are in the tack room.
Trailers are self service. Once you have the trailer lock code pick up and drop off is at your convenience. If you need help backing or hooking up the trailer please let us know on your Rental Contract, or text Shannon at 971-256-8383.
Return time is next day or earlier. You can return it anytime including same day. We accept trailers from 7am to 8pm. We cannot accept a trailer after 8pm.
Drop off the trailer where it was picked up. Be sure to lock the hitch. Trailer should be returned cleaned out and ready for the next renter. Once it has been checked out your deposit will be refunded promptly.
